What to bring for rock climbing
Weather is important to consider while packing for your outdoor activity. Your packing list is based on your comfort and sensitivity. Layering your clothes is the best way to travel and be outdoors. It is highly recommended as the best way to stay warm and cool, as the weather is bound to change in the mountains.
🔹 Technical clothing appropriate for the time of year and sporting activity (fleece, windbreaker, waterproof and breathable jacket, gloves, etc.). A windbreaker or thin fleece is always useful, even in summer.
🔹 Comfortable clothing that is neither tight nor bulky
🔹 Backpack of approximately 15 to 30 liters.
🔹 Approach shoes or sneakers
🔹 1L water bottle
🔹 Picnic
🔹 Sun protection (sunglasses, sunscreen, lip balm, cap or hat)

Sport Leading Climbing Course
The introductory sport climbing course aims at people who want to gain autonomy and confidence when climbing on rocks or walls.
The course will allow you to climb sport climbing routes of up to one pitch with complete autonomy and safety.
First day: Indoor climbing wall
Second day: Outdoor on the rock
Climbing Fall Belay Course
The main focus of the course is to teach participants how to minimize the impact of falls through dynamic belaying techniques, increasing the safety and confidence of both the climber and the belayer. The course is designed for climbers of all levels, from beginners to advanced, who wish to improve their belaying skills and learn advanced fall management techniques on natural rock.
First day: Indoor

Sport Multi-pitch Climbing Course
The introductory multi-pitch sport climbing course is designed for those who want to learn the techniques and skills necessary to climb sports routes of various lengths. Participants will learn how to belay each other, climb progressively, and overcome the obstacles that arise on multi-pitch routes.
The course will allow you to climb sport climbing routes of up to one pitch with complete autonomy and safety.

The course prepares and teaches you to deal with unexpected situations and handle the necessary equipment with confidence and safety. You learn to master essential self-rescue techniques in climbing with intensive practical and theoretical training.
